Klein Collins Salutatorian, Rachel Roth, is an accomplished scholar with aspirations of changing the world through medical biotechnology research and development.
During her time at Klein Collins, Rachel has shown herself to be a great leader as an active participant in several school organizations.
Rachel is the president of the Science National Honor Society, the Bringing Exceptional Students Together (BEST) Club, and KC Bakes, which she co-founded. She also holds the titles of treasurer of the Key Club and secretary of Student Council and is a member of Mu Alpha Theta. Rachel’s hard work also earned her a spot on the Superintendent’s Student Leadership Council, where she helps improve the student experience in Klein ISD through leadership development, collaboration, and direct feedback to district leaders.
“From the moment I met Rachel Roth, I knew there was something special about her. Bright, spirited, and personable, she meets every circumstance both within and outside of class with an eagerness to learn and engage,” AP Environmental Science teacher Elizabeth Broussard said. “It has been a joy to watch her collaborate with others in the classroom and our shared organizations, as she is a natural leader. Rachel has an infectious energy about her and an inspiring curiosity that motivates others to dive into concepts and tasks with fervor. I will always be grateful for our conversations as we worked to unpack difficult concepts in class. When I heard that Rachel was this year’s Salutatorian at Klein Collins, I was thrilled. I cannot think of anyone more hardworking or deserving than herself.”
