Klein ISD proudly hosted the 57th Annual Klein ISD FFA Livestock and Project Show, continuing a long-standing tradition of excellence in agricultural education. This year’s event featured 596 dedicated FFA exhibitors who showcased an impressive 1,149 projects, highlighting the skill, perseverance, and leadership cultivated through Klein ISD’s Agriscience programs.
The Klein community once again demonstrated unwavering support for students throughout the week. The livestock auction generated $363,650, contributing to an outstanding show total of $618,316. Funds raised will be returned directly to exhibitors as scholarships or reinvested in future projects, ensuring continued growth and opportunity.
“Our Klein ISD FFA Livestock & Project Show highlights the dedication and hard work of our students, supported every step of the way by our committed agricultural science teachers,” Klein ISD Career and Technical Education Director Deborah Bronner-Westerduin said. “We are also incredibly grateful to our community and the many buyers who supported our students through the auction, freezer sale, and add-ons. Your investment goes far beyond a project purchase — it is an investment in the future workforce, leadership, and character of Klein ISD.”
From early-morning barn prep to the excitement of the auction ring, students demonstrated months of dedication. Agricultural science teachers, the show committee, volunteers, families, and community partners worked tirelessly to ensure a successful and meaningful experience for every exhibitor.
“Thank you to the Klein community, show committee, volunteers, Ag teachers, and FFA students for coming together to make this year’s Livestock & Project Show such a success,” Klein ISD Career and Technical Education Assistant Director and Show Chairman Amanda Simmons said. “Your dedication, teamwork, and countless hours of preparation created an incredible experience that celebrates student growth, leadership, and excellence. We are proud of the hard work and heart displayed by everyone involved and grateful for the continued support of agricultural education in Klein ISD!”

Through involvement in the National FFA Organization, students gain hands-on experience that extends far beyond the show arena. Participation reinforces a rigorous Agriscience curriculum while developing leadership skills, responsibility, work ethic, and character — qualities that prepare students for college, careers, and lifelong success.
We are incredibly proud of our FFA students, agricultural science teachers, and the many volunteers and supporters who make the Livestock and Project Show a success year after year. Congratulations to all our student exhibitors on this year’s show!
